INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb. asparagus in 1/3rd cuts
  • 1 inch ginger shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup homemade Bone Broth / Chicken Stock
  • 1 medium size lemon
  • 1-2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
  • 10 - 12 overnight soaked almonds
