Raw Sprouted Chocolate - No BAKE, I want my cake :)

So I wanted to see if i can combine my soak and sprout love, and add some Omega 3s in the mix of CARBs, and Proteins to make a full meal in each byte ❤ ♥ ♥ 

Aim was to make it a BONE Building HARNESS !!! Which gives Instant ENERGY !!!

So many of our moms thought INSTANT ENERGY = WHITE SUGAR !!!  πŸ˜“ πŸ˜’

πŸ˜₯ But am glad, that at some age, moms do get smarter about their 'instant energy' choices, knowing how our body really works, and to form habits in our kids, that will LAST THEM LONG and in HARD times !!!

So, Living Foods like Sprouts ARE a source of instant energy.

For kids that:
🍌 Run around continuously,
🍌Start and Stop activity
🍌 Engage their BRAIN all the time, absorbing all that's happening,

We need to FEED their senses and organs.... really, in all aspects.  They need:
1. Essential FAT:  Our bodies cannot produce unless we eat them: OMEGA 3s, EACH DAY. Remember how the walnut looks just like our brains ? Omega 3s are essential for normal synaptic activity !
Note: Our hormones are made of cholesterol (so we need that in our diet too ! Else our body has to create it for functionality required.)

2. Proteins: that rebuild every part of our body: hair, skin, nails, and

3. Complex Carbohydrates: To prevent spike in energy, AND to give sustained energy over longer periods: So kids do not tire out and get CRANKY every now n then !

All of the above applies to adults as well !
Provided we get as much activity into our day as the little tots :).
And adults need a lot more natural plant based phyto-nutrients to support bodily functions and stabilize blood sugars.

And do not need excess growth hormones from excessive meat: to ensure we DO NOT grow in size :) (No, tat's what the meat does to us, literally !)

Sprouted grains and legumes are an excellent source of plant based nutrition. And we add on the healthy and essential fats from nuts and seeds, to get a complete meal for sustained roaring πŸ‘Ά

Packing these into snacks we all LOVE and Truly ENJOI, helps our minds and bellies  assimilate their goodness best as possible...

My mom always said: Eat when Ur happy.
else, nothing from the food, will benefit U !
It's SO SO TRUE !!!!

I am an AVID CHOCOLATE LOVER myself ! 
I get these pangs for it once in a while, and then i go ahead and put together with some healthy fats and fiber and carbs rather than the DEVIL:

Cacao nibs have more antioxidant activity than tea, wine, blueberries and even goji berries. Ultimately, it’s the flavonoids in cacao that makes it an above-and-beyond superfood.

So, here goes, 


SPROUTED Chocolates ! 

Serves: Many !


  • Organic Einkorn wheat berries (Earth Fare or Whole foods Bulk section) - 1 cup
  • Organic Mung Bean sprouted  -1 cup
  • Organic Flaxseed - 1/4 cup
  • Organic Cashews - 1/2 cup 
  • Organic Hempseed - 1/4 cup 
  • Shredded Dry coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Medjool Dates: 6 pitted
  • Cardamom - 7 pods hulled / Organic Vanilla Bean Paste.
  • Nutmeg - 2 tsp
  • Raw cacao powder 3 tsp
  • Organic banana powder - 3 tsp
  • Soaking water
  • Strainer to sprout :)

1. Wash, Soak n Sprout organic Einkorn wheat berries and mung bean individually in 1 cup 
    quantities. Dry in strainer or spread out on a big plate overnight. - 1 cup each.

2. Soak 1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds in a cup filled 1/4th with water.

3. In coffee grinder, grind separately each of the whole ingredients that are not already 
    powders or pastes :) . 

    Note that the Sprouted wheat and beans when ground up together will form a tight lumpy 
    paste which will help form the dough. But you may choose to do all separately.

4. Combine all the ground up ingredients with the powders and pastes, and then add 2 tsp 
    coconut oil and knead the dough for less than a minute: It will come together into a soft 

5. Wrap in wax paper and place in fridge for 1/2 hour. 

6. After removing, roll it out on a flat surface like a glass cutting board, and  cut out shapes ur kids might enjoy. This dough will bend and not break apart... So get some creative juices flowing !

I enjoyed making this fun and easy chocolate over the weekend, for my kids to have for snack the next week and more..

7. Store in freezer so it lasts a couple weeks.

Feel free to replace the Chia seeds, by flax-seed to make a stiffer chocolate dough overall..
