Since I'm always on a quest to incorporate Cancer Fighting Cruciferous vegetables (also famous as Brassicaceous vegetables) : Both in cooked AND raw forms, into my kid's diet...
I decided to setup a 💓date💓 between:

To derive the best from both worlds, of course 😉 !!!

The Mother in U might ask, what' so POWERFUL in cauliflower ? That I should look into my child eating it ?
Did you know, that Cauliflower is #10 in Foods with highest vitamin C ? 😀 Yay !!!
Going on, it's also a great source of vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, fiber, manganese (essential for aerobic metabolism).
Like other vegetables in the cruciferous family, cauliflower is rich in Sulphur containing compounds called Glucosinolates! And when we break open cell walks by either grinding or cooking (accompanied by loss in vitamin c and other water soluble vitamins), converts to Isothiocyanates and these POWERFUL substances fuel our cell's immune responses to form a shield against cancer!
Also our high EQ friends: Cashews are some of the most potent bone building raw material (phosphorus, magnesium, manganese) and great for immunity too (zinc) we should tap into from time to time !!
