Queen Dosa is back 😍

Q is for Quin no Aah..... 

Serves: 4  (15 dosas)

  • 1 cup quinoa,
  • 1/4 cup amaranth
  • 1/4 cup Farro, 
  • Sprinkle of Split moong Dal
  • Turmeric powder, 
  • Cayenne,
  • Coriander powder or fennel seed powder
  • Himalayan pink salt


Instant Dosa Batter
1. Soak all grains and lentils.
2. Grind them into s thick milkshake consistency 
3. Add spices above based on your tolerance and taste. 
4. sizzle some coconut oil and make delicious crepes 😍😍😍
1. Heat coconut oil in skillet. Sputter mustard seeds and Jira.
2. Add Diced sweet potato and Sauté. Let cool. 
3. Once cool, Wash a handful of cherry tomatoes: based on how sour you like ur chutney. Grind the saute with the tomatoes and taste test to approve 😀
